- Electric vehicles only have a handful of moving parts, i.e. 4 road wheels, the steering wheel and brakes, that means unlike ICE vehicles (internal combustion engine) they have a less wearing items, indeed many large fleet operators are now extending their electric vehicle fleet replacement cycles to 6+ years.
- All EV vehicles come with a manufacturer’s 8 year warranty (or 100,000 miles) on the main battery.
- The costs of maintenance is cheaper than an ICE vehicle, indeed many only need a 2 yearly inspection and pollen filter change.
- EV used values will increase as demand grows and we near the legislation changes.
