To offer maximum flexibility to our clients we offer four EV consultancy contracts to drive the adoption of commercial vehicle e-fleets.

DISCOVERY

This is our recommended EV Consultancy approach if the scope, and/or feasibility of the idea or project are unknown. We will charge an agreed daily rate to research and evaluate the opportunity. At the start of this ‘one-off’ project we will recommend an indicative number of days, however, with so many unknowns this is advisory only, so the overall cost of the project is variable. This is a great option if you have the budget, but do not have the internal resource, knowledge and expertise to quickly assess a market opportunity. Projects are invoiced on completion, however, for longer projects billing would be monthly, based on the work completed to-date.

DELIVERY

This EV consultancy approach is used where the project is well-defined and objectives and timelines can be agreed. This is a great option if the project is scoped, and perhaps has even started but has stalled due to lack of resource and expertise. With this approach the fees are fixed (based on a day rate) and the deliverables are agreed upfront. Projects are invoiced on completion, however, for longer projects billing can be monthly, based on the work completed to-date, or at an agreed number of days per month.

ALLIANCE

This approach is designed for manufactures and converters who desire a complementary sales channel; we are paid a commission per vehicle sold. A great low investment opportunity, however, a DISCOVERY or DELIVERY contract would be completed first, to ensure the necessary infrastructure was in place to achieve sales.

ACCESS

This EV consultancy approach is designed for companies or organisations that do not have a specific project but need continued and regular access to an electric commercial vehicle expert. This is charged at an agreed day rate per month, for a minimum of three months, depending on the level of support required.
